In this post I will explain how we will operate HÐ.
In earlier times of this clan, we started out with strict policies when it came to player behavior on our servers and forums. We didn't tolerate any swearing or any other content that could easily offend others. We didn't tolerate disrespect to players on our servers, other clan members or clans as a whole. As we grew larger from that time, we decided to cut back on some of those expectations.
Mainly the swearing and lets say "18+" content.
When one complained about it, I would do my best to make it better for said person and take in to account that others may feel the same. We would sort of switch back and forth on those two rules.
We had a beloved member join ( [HÐ]Sambo ).
There was a situation in which a couple people had issues with how were tolerating our members behavior and their actions.
As I said, mainly with the swearing and 18+ content.
Sambo came to me one day and questioned me about my decision in that I would side with the one complaining. He was sort of upset about it. He told me he considered HÐ to be his "home" away from home. A place where he was free to express himself. A place where he could get things off his mind and a place where he had people support him. He informed me; He loved the way I made it that way. Anybody can say whatever they want (within reason of course) and not be yelled at for doing so.
This is the reason I will never change this part of how we run things.
It is who some of us are. We have things we need to vent and sometimes, you just cant vent in real life. You need a place to do so without being criticized.
As for the 18+ content, I do not mean porn. You will never see a link or any media containing nudity or racial content on our site, servers or any other place with the HÐ name on it.
So, that being said, if you're too bitch enough we don't want ya here.
We respect everyone and do not mean any disrespect to any one else by how we show ourselves. We welcome you to join in on the discussions but, if you have a soft heart..this isn't the place for you.
I am the founder of HÐ. Always have been. Vamprid was the Co-Founder until he found CS:S..haha..sort of how I am now

Later on Tony was promoted to Co-Founder..but we shall not go into that

My presence within the clan once it was been established again will be minimal. I will be in the background performing the essential tasks needed.
Under me will be Leadership. There will be 2 people in a similar rank within Leadership that will be leading up the entire Leadership itself. Basically, they make the final decisions. The rest of the staff within Leadership handle everything relating to the clan. If there is an issue that needs a debate, the entire Leadership staff will communicate with each other to come up with a better solution. No decision will be decided by one person alone. Once a decision has been made, it is brought to the 2 head leaders, and a final outcome is processed.
Leadership decided who becomes server admins, moderators and any other special ranks we come up with.
Leadership is the only staff group that controls the clan from every aspect.
Server admins are just that. They administrate the server. You know them as:
Rcon Holders.
They deal with everything server wise. At some point, all full members will receive some form of Admin for our servers. This does not however, make them server admins.
Server admins decide who gets promoted to full administration and who doesn't.
When it comes to a leadership meeting, Server Admins (the main ones. They will have a specific rank later) are required to attend. If one cannot attend a leadership meeting, it is their duty to get caught up with what was discussed.
We are a casual clan. We extend a hand to those who are experienced such as:
Design
Web design
Coding
Adminstration
Competitive players
We only exist in this era of Halo to preserve a once great mod and prevent the master game list to become flooded with variations of the mod that were not created by the original modder.
We are a group of SDTM players that enjoy the mod and like to have fun. No more.
Of course, down the line we will have events and other special shit.
As for the usual clan bullshit, we are not apart of it.
At this time we have no place for alliances unless otherwise posted or unless one has been made with special wavers. This will change at any time.
At this time we have ONE clan ban and that is against OZ.
Do not get it twisted, We have no care for any issues that happened with OZ and other clans. None of our business.
This clan ban is caused by Zulu being a leader of that clan.
To sum up why:
He was caught aimbotting. Banned. Used a key-gen/had multiple copies of Halo. He returned, disrespected HÐ members including leadership. Made idle threats to hack our servers and site. Keyword: IDLE.
If someone could provide a cd key hash, I will gladly lift the ban. I'm sure he'd change it again but, just take it like it is.
I don't think I know any OZ memembers and if I do, I apologize for this ban.
Members tend to follow leaders and I know how that kid is.
I may add more to this later however, for now..
Join the forums, participate in discussions and show us how bad ass you are.
