I'm not saying yes or no, but it is nice to get a little bit more notice than oh... 3 hours to get a scrim going. Since I doubt many people have seen this, you might get one or two people there. If you want an actual scrim, I would suggest giving us at LEAST 3 days notice so we can prepare, see if we can make it, and get a quick servey. My preference it about a week but not my call. again sorry, but i doubt we can do it tonight. WE WANT TO THOUGH! another time and date would be fabulous.

Anybody can participate in scrims right now. It encourages activity.
The SF will become active when we have a larger member base.

and we will need 2-7 days depending on member schedules. Not everybody is on at the same time. We do have between 4-6 members on at a time we just need to get a set date and time first.

Sorry guys, but one of my dude was askin when the scrim was gonna be since we've been plannin for a couple days, but I figured a quick scrim for funsies wouldn't be a big deal.

The reason for short notice is I'm going out of town all weekend lol

Warcouncil is in charge of this and needs to handle it within 24 hours. Some sort of contact between Warcouncil and the person or clan requesting needs to be made.

You'll need to figure out who is going to be in the scrim on HÐ side. You then need to run the date/time by our members while they run it by theirs.

Both clans need to have a roster for the scrim as well as reasonable dates/times that everyone can attend. You'll need to create a new thread in the appropriate section requesting people to join the roster for said scrim. That is where you'll be able to ensure everyone on our side can make the scrim.

[If and when our member base grows, getting scrims will be much faster. In CS:S we scrim about 12 sometimes 15 times a day and that is without having to request one on a forum.]
