Hey there. I don't know how many of you remember me. I was in {ghc} back when it was active, and after that I followed erwin to NBK. After nbk was shut down I kinda stopped playing, played a few games on the food-clan's STDM (2years ago I think), but a few immature persons made me quit.

Nice to see there's still people dedicated to STDM, which was my favorite mod back then. Five or six years has gone since I first played halo online, but I'd love to play a few games with you HD guys even though I'm rusty

We want ALL (or as much as we can get) of the big/veteran names of SDTM to return!

We want to keep the original SDTM alive and bring the fun and joy that is once was back into light.
With all of the older names that have left the SDTM scene, the community itself has shrunk slowly.
However, this is changing.

I cant describe how awesome it is to see you here, a few minutes after I send out the emails. Just, great.

I too hope you'll play some games with us, it'll be pretty epic. I believe hardly any of us is playing halo hardcore 10 hrs per day right now =p We're all like playing once a week or so. With that, the activity requirement isnt very strict at the moment.
So you can still join HD when you only play once in a while. Like me ^^.

Ah, i honestly dont remember how it was back then. All I knew was that I was overly dedicated to ghc/nbk so I wasted alot of time posting forums/playing games. But if it's like that then I might join. If i cut the trial If not it's still great to be around here. How many are there from the old nbk? Sexyfrawg for example?

I think he is caught up in CS:S..or at least used to be. I'm not sure if he is around anymore or not.
We're trying to get as many people from back in the day as we can.
The veteran names that return and have interest in joining HÐ do not have to have a tryout . They're automatically accepted.

We're doing our best to reach out to the big/veteran names of SDTM.

LOL what do you mean when you say the big names in stdm,some people never left the game and now you come back and take over,i am just saying its not going to go over in a big way.I really don't care i have always had a server and played without the need of a clan,show me why your the greatest thing since wheels.i really don't see it.Good luck,you will need it,people come and go,this is a dead game,you left it for the new world of gaming the few of us who stayed have seen them come and go everyday,if you can save it more power too you.

Example of great names from the past.. The dude that made this topic. He was one of the most hilarious ppl back then and truly loyal to his clan. These kind of people we'd love to have back at OSDTM.

You're welcome to join in on discussions here otherwise, don't let the door hit you in your ass on the way out.

Don't forget who brought you into SDTM. Please do not act like you have been left in SDTM to keep it alive by yourself.
There are many great names still in Halo to this day however, there are other veteran players of SDTM who are gone. Some of which made a bigger impact on the SDTM Community.
With the current people within the community, it doesn't appear to aid in reviving the original mod. Most SDTM clans support another version of SDTM which, technically, isn't SDTM at all.

If you still have a grudge on your back I can only say, good luck to you. You're an older gentleman and you need to act like it.
We're going to weed out the problem players to avoid any sort of drama.

As for it being dead, You are correct. However, with the support of previous SDTM players and current SDTM Players + clans; Bringing the original SDTM back will be no problem.

Well yeah I did kinda abandon OSTDM after nbk died (for those who don't remember me I was nbkSpore (silly names FTW) back then). I've played DotA since then but you betcha I'll play with the lot of you , no doubt was I happy to hear stdm's still alive.

haha, I have been through a little training program for oh...3 years with some random guy named blue². Maybe you've heard of him xD? See my ss if u no believe me. then again those are all 3 years old. So doubful that own can be used now. We should find out l8er.
